Fees as follows:

*Reduced fee can be paid by students (PhD students, undergraduates), Junior Post Docs (within 3 years of PhD), residents, fellows, and allied health professionals.

Included in the registration fee (delegates):

• Attendance at all scientific sessions and commercial exhibition
• Programme
• All refreshment breaks, including lunch
• Welcome Reception 
• Conference Dinner

Included in the registration fee (accompanying persons):

• Welcome Reception 
• Conference Dinner

Confirmation of your booking will only be sent when payment has been received. If you do not pay by credit card, an invoice will be sent out with details for bank transfers. No invoices will be issued after 29 May 2015 and all invoices must be paid before Friday 22 June 2015.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: 3 April 2015, midnight CET
Pre-Registration Deadline: 5 June 2015, midnight CET
(after the pre-registration deadline on-site fees will apply)
 
Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 3 April 2015 until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date although substitutions may be made until 5 June 2015.
