Registration is now closed.  

*Reduced fee can be paid by students (PhD students, undergraduates), Junior Post Docs (within 3 years of PhD), residents, fellows, and Allied Health Professionals.

Confirmation of your booking will only be sent when payment has been received. If you do not pay by credit card, an invoice will be sent out with details for bank transfers. No invoices will be issued after 12 May 2017 and all invoices must be paid before Friday 26 May 2017.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 17 March 2017 until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date although substitutions may be made until 26 May 2017.
