*Reduced fee can be paid by students (PhD students, undergraduates), Junior Post Docs (within 5 years of PhD), residents, fellows, Allied Health Professionals, patient organisation representatives, delegates based in a low or developing income country (World Bank criteria) and retirees.

There is a nominal charge of €40 per ticket for the Conference Dinner which will take place on Monday 4 July.  Tickets can be purchased when you register or you can return to your registration at a later date to add a ticket should you wish to.  These will be subject to availability.

Confirmation of your registration will only be sent when payment has been received. Payment must be received by the relevant deadlines in order to qualify for the discounted fees.

COVID guidelines

All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the conference and to present the published programme as scheduled in a way which assures the comfort and safety of all participants.  We will be adhering to any Government guidelines which are in place at the time of ICCBH 2022, and of course we will put in place any necessary social distancing requirements.  As we get nearer to the date, we may be required to put additional measures in place and/or adapt the meeting programme and its delivery.  Any such measures will be communicated as and when necessary and attendees informed of the options available to them.

Cancellation

If cancelled on or before 4 April 2022 - 100% of the registration fee is refundable 
If cancelled from 5 April to 2 May 2022 - 70% of the registration fee is refundable
No refunds are payable from 3 May 2022 onwards 

Insurance, release and waiver of liability

It is highly recommended that all participants carry appropriate health and travel insurance.  The organisers cannot accept liability for individual issues relating to medical, travel or personal insurance.  Because of the changing conditions for travel and conferences we encourage attendees to purchase refundable tickets until the international situation has stabilized.

Italian Pharmaceutical Companies - Official Italian Agency

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).

The authorisation request must be submitted within 70 days before the start date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
